We have arranged a selection of Kinokuniya private brand products.

Founded in 1910 as a fruit merchant in Aoyama, Tokyo, Kinokuniya opened Japan’s first self-service supermarket in 1953. Kinokuniya offers a wide range of fresh foods, homemade breads, baked goods, delicatessen items, and other carefully selected private brand products.

We have selected some of their finest quality products that have been featured in the media. Enjoy their popular chili oil rice crackers, truffle soy sauce, dressings, jams and more at home. In addition, eco bags made in collaboration with Kinokuniya and Nijiya Market will also be available for purchase.

Hokkaido Fair

NIJIYA HOKKAIDO FAIR! / ニジヤ北海道フェア

This year, the Hokkaido Fair at Nijiya Market will be bigger and better! The popular Hokkaido Kaisen Chirashi will feature more Hotate and Ikura this year, and our boiled crab and steamed octopus are all from Hokkaido.

We will have the highest grade rice varieties harvested in Hokkaido, Praised for their flavor. For the sweets, we will bring “Marusei Butter Sandwich Cookies”, one of the most popular Hokkaido souvenirs.

In addition, we will have a variety of cheese cakes, chocolates, caramels, and more.
There will be lots of samples, so please come and enjoy!

北海道はその豊富な食材で有有名です。北海で採れる豊富な海産物はもちろん、豊かな大地から採れる野菜・穀物も数多くあります。酪農も盛んでミルクやチーズの主要産地でもあります。乳製品を使用した洋風菓子の製造も昔から盛んでした。チョコレートやキャラメル、クッキーなど、北海道独自の商品が多くあります。

Fresh soy sauce demonstration sale at Mountain View Store!
マウンテンビュー店にて醤油搾り実演販売！

We will be having a freshly squeezed soy sauce demonstration.
You will be able to see how soy sauce is made. We will have tofu for sampling with the soy sauce.
In addition, when you purchase soy sauce product, you will get 50 ml of fresh soy sauce for free!

ニジヤで販売中の削多醤油、醤油搾りの実演販売が決定！醤油の作り方をご覧いただけます。
醤油搾り機にもろみを入れジャッキで押すことにより、生しょうゆが絞れます。
当日は搾りたての生しょうゆを豆腐などにかけて、お味見していただく予定です。
また、弓削多醤油製品をどれでも一本お買い上げのお客様に、50ｍlの生しょうゆを一本プレゼント。
