We have enjoyed harvesting the new soy bean crop with our guests.
Summer is the season for soy beans.
We tasted the boiled soy beans right after we plucked.
The taste of fresh beans was so delicious!!

たくさん収穫したあとにすぐに茹でて、いただきました。
採れたての味はまた格別ですね。

Oshi-sushi is actually pronounced “Oshi-zushi.” You can buy all the ingredients (fresh salmon, salmon roe, shiso leaf, sushi rice, and sesame) at your local Nijiya store. You can also watch this video on TV from middle of September.
